Self-care we forget that we have to serve ourselves first it’s that old metaphor of you have to put the oxygen mask on first before we start taking care of other people and I found that very few coaches do that.

Keep myself de-stressed. I need to have a quiet break very frequently I need to just stop and have a quiet break to recharge my battery otherwise I’ll get into workaholic mode, and I’ll increase my stress levels.

Recipe is unique per person. I can really recommend asking for feedback often. Another thing is finding your role model.

Just wakes up go take care pay yourself first work out, take care of family.

Find a partner like your coach and or a mentor.

Supervision, it’s not supervision, but it’s a form of self-care, and it’s holding each other to account it’s making space and time for that, and I do think it’s super important.

There are lots of things available, lots of different things you can do online and very various things.
