The Three Pillars approach to your agile testing strategy is intended to help you overcome challenges that arise when implementing an agile testing strategy, such as lagging stuff, multi-tiered realities, and knowing what to say, how to see it, when to save.

The three pillars are meant to help you get better results by partnering with quality and by building in quality.
The focus on testing is incredible, but there’s not so much of a focus on quality.

The technology centric pillar includes things like automation, ALM tools, and Version One, Fee, and Jira.

The middle pillar of the little pyramid is what I call general generic software testing practices.
Risk-based testing, exploratory testing, and lightweight test planning are all useful in agile context.

The third pillar is cross-functional team practices, and it’s very communication Orion very collaborative.

To have an effective transformation, you have to engage leadership, engage the organization, and glue yourself up vertically in the organization. Focus on three pillars of Agile Quality and Testing, and do something, even if you’re in waterfall.
